Welcome to Align Chiropractic Clinic. We are committed to ensuring our office is accessible and welcoming to all visitors. This page provides detailed information about our location, including directions and accessibility features available at our building. We want your visit to be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
Our office suite includes the following features:

Accessible Parking: Designated handicap-accessible parking spaces are located near the main building entrance on the ground level.

Ramps: The main entrance features a gentle ramp that leads directly from the sidewalk and parking area to the front doors.

Accessible Restrooms: Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are located on our floor, just down the hall from our main office entrance. These restrooms are equipped with grab bars and accessible sinks.

Wide Doorways and Hallways: All main doorways and hallways within our office are wide enough to comfortably accommodate wheelchairs and other mobility devices.

Our Office Policies
Payment Information
We strive to make the financial aspect of your care transparent and manageable.
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
and Discover), Health Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Spending Account Cards (FSA).
We are in network with select insurance providers and also offer wellness packages to help offset the costs of your health care.
Cancellation and rescheduling
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient who needs care.
Appointments canceled or missed without providing 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us serve all of our patients effectively.
Patient Confidentiality (HIPAA)
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Our practice is fully compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). All your personal and medical information will be kept strictly confidential and will only be released with your express written consent. You will be provided with a copy of our full HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices during your first visit.
